- From the North (Trento, Bolzano): Take the A22 Brennero motorway southbound and exit at Rovereto Sud. From there, follow the signs for Brentonico, and then continue toward San Valentino.
- From the South (Verona): Take the A22 motorway northbound, exit at Rovereto Sud, and follow the signs toward Brentonico.
